- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a couple of questions first online to figure out if we are a good match. If so, I have a consultation with the new client with a first workout which is also an assessment. I always make sure go get to know the client’s fitness history, goals, injuries etc first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 certification. One that I did in person back in Hungary and one that I did here in the US. Plus as I mentioned I could learn from the best trainers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a bodybuilding competitor so I had the chance to learn from a couple of great coaches. So I already had the experience and knowledge so start helping others.
