- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set on a sliding scale ranging from $35 - $65 per hour. Factors determining price are Budget, Frequency of Workouts, Scheduling and Clients Goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a fitness consult. At this time I will meet with the prospective client one on one. We will talk about health, any injuries, scheduling, budget and most importantly the clients fitness goals. Following the consult we will schedule the first session, which is a fitness assessment. After the assessment I will have all the information I need to design a customized fitness program for the client and begin training.
