As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer I offer private individualized sessions (one-on-one or duet) based on your fitness goals: getting more fit, muscle gain, improved agility, or just getting back into exercising. I have the unique expertise to construct individualized workouts that get muscles firing properly in order to correct imbalances and create a strong core while maintaining joint integrity, which is critical to proper alignment and good posture. I utilize a variety of exercise modalities such as Pilates, yoga, free weights and resistance bands for a truly customized plan. If you want to tone your body, improve your balance and strengthen muscles, or suffer from back problems or joint pain, I can help. Train in my beautiful brand new studio located in Scottsdale, AZ or from anywhere in the world. I have several years of experience virtually training clients. It’s a fun, safe and effective alternative to keep your workouts going. No equipment required.

She is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer! She is kind, she explains why you hold your body a certain way and the benefits of the exercises she chooses, she creates a workout plan based on your body's needs and you own personal fitness goals...overall I highly recommend.

Last summer I decided I was ready to look into exercise assist type options - gym, personal trainer, classes, etc. During my search, I came across Keleigh at Balanced Strength. I liked the idea of being able to work out in a home-based setting, and she had excellent reviews, so I emailed her. She was prompt in her reply and very courteous. I met with Keleigh the following week and I learned just how challenging Pilates is. But I liked it enough to go back . Keleigh creates challenging workouts, but she's also very good at making sure you rest when you need to. And if something doesn't feel right during any part of the workout, she's good at making instant modifications to avoid injury. Keleigh is also good about changing things up. Minus a few scheduling conflicts, I've seen her weekly for 6 months now and have only repeated a couple of exercises that I can remember. We have also incorporated a few HIIT workouts and even a hybrid of HIIT with Pilates. I have struggled with liking exercise my entire life, but I actually look forward to my weekly sessions with Keleigh. I highly recommend her!
