FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers will never worry about hidden costs or fees after hiring us, we have a flat rate of $300 and only need $150 down to start on your paperwork. Our rate is not including the filing fee with the courthouse. However, we are one of the lowest rates in town compared to our competitors!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like developer long term relationships with my clients. We normally start with a 20 minute via Zoom or telephone or even go to your home for a consultation if that’s more convenient. We discuss the legal issues and how we handle it best for your case and then we send our clients a questionnaire/form to fill out and process our down payment of $150.00 and then we draft your paperwork and email it to you and make revisions as needed and then once our clients approve it we request the remaining fee of $150.00 and send you a receipt for your records and ours.We can see if you qualify for a going fee deferral or waiver and if not applicable to you we will need the filing fee sent us to separately to file it at the courthouse and we send you a confirmed copy of the paperwork and then request the defendant/respondent contact information to get it served via acceptance of service and then get that filed for you at the courthouse and then we send you a email of all your upcoming deadlines for your case and set you up with a ECR account to access your case whenever online.
