FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is priced individually, based on size, detail level, proximity, time frame, and many factors. That's why we are happy to come view the location, discuss your needs and provide a custom quote, at no cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to provide a free consultation to see the wall/canvas and discuss the subject matter/art. If our client has photos or samples to send us of what they are looking for, we can provide a quote that way as well! Once the cost estimate is approved, we provide a mockup for the client to review and approve, including a color palette. We provide a time estimate for completion, and begin. Based on size, a deposit might be required in order to purchase materials. Final payment is due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sara graduated from a 3-year graphic design program, and has been working in the design industry for 25 years. Art has always been her first love, and has been drawing, painting and creating for her entire life. Her first mural was painting her high school mascot (the Hawks) in the foyer at her high school. In an effort to escape the desk/office life, she and Mike started painting murals for enjoyment and have an outlet for creativity. Mike began his training as an artist in high school where he primarily painted with brushes and acrylic paint. His first mural was on the schools library wall. After a long hiatus from painting, at 35, he picked the brush back up and painted every day for a year. Then, bought a can of spray paint to experiment. Fast forward 3 months - he had muraled all of the walls in his back yard. Since then, he has continued mural work in a public setting on commercial and residential walls.
