We had planned on using them for a move, however, they were very pushy to get deposit and when we emailed them the information we never heard back from them.

Hi Kim, we apologize if you experienced anything less than friendly, helpful & professional from our team. This is part of our company culture and can be seen by the many reviews before this. We discussed there would be a $50 deposit to secure your date and time on the calendar and it will also come off the balance of the move, we never discussed it again. You emailed us on Friday at 5pm and posted this on Sunday morning... not even 48hr on the weekend to respond for a move that is taking place 10 days from today...Thank you for your time and we wish you the best on your move.
