- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear and straightforward, with no hidden fees. We provide a detailed breakdown so that customers know exactly what to expect on the day of the move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin working with a customer, we start with a phone call to discuss their specific needs. If our services are a good fit, we then provide a moving estimate for their job. Upon the client’s agreement, we secure their moving date with a non-refundable deposit. Twenty-four hours before the scheduled move, we reach out to confirm the arrival time. On the day of the move, we notify the client 30-60 minutes before the movers are set to arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of personal experience in the moving industry, and all of our employees have 2 to 5 years of experience as well.
