- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full-service operation that takes your home from disaster back to a fresh coat of paint. To do that, ASAP Restoration, LLC utilizes the industry-standard pricing system, Xactimate. Xactimate provides a 3rd party analysis of the cost of all services and materials to determine current market value pricing. This means that all our pricing is fair, consistent, and accurate. You can trust that there is no unnecessary markup to the bill you or your insurance carrier may receive. For projects with an obvious and demonstrated mold contamination, we also offer a free estimate for remediation services only. This free estimate DOES NOT include reconstruction services. This free mold remediation estimate is for PROPERTY OWNERS ONLY. For projects with verifiable standing water, or verifiable mold growth we may offer a free estimate depending on the scope of work requested. For a reconstruction estimate we charge an upfront fee of $250.00. If you choose ASAP Restoration, LLC for the project, this fee then gets deducted from our total cost for project completion. For large commercial structures, there may be additional fees depending on specific building and project factors. This reconstruction estimate fee includes a walkthrough of your property by a professional who will take measurements, photos, create a sketch-up of the damaged areas, and provide an accurate and reliable scope / estimate. This estimate will also include line-by-line allocation details so that you know exactly what is being done, and the associate cost for it. This professional will also be able to answer any questions you may have about the project, costs, timeline, or anything else you are concerned about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer full-service abilities that take a home from a disaster to the final coat of fresh paint. Whether a customer is calling about water damage, fire, mold, asbestos, site decontamination, reconstruction or testing, our courteous staff will take down your contact information and document your needs and concerns. Depending on the service(s) needed, we will either schedule a walkthrough of the property to assess the job, or we’ll immediately dispatch a professionally certified crew to manage any emergencies. Our employees will arrive in clearly marked vehicles and will be wearing easily identified clothing. We will then provide any and all services pertaining to your property. For communication about your project, you’ll have one point of contact with us that is familiar with your job from start to finish. We also function as your advocate for insurance company correspondence should you desire.

Being a full-service operation that takes projects from disaster to the final coat of paint, our employees are amassed of industry veterans with years of experience. We are also dedicated to continuing our education and certification with the latest industry standard rules, regulations and technology. ASAP Restoration, LLC and its crew members are active and ongoing members of the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). We also love to utilize feedback from our clients to determine our strengths and improve our weaknesses.
