Tim did a kitchen/ dining room remodel and new flooring through out for for our historic Scottsdale property. He was very responsive to our ideas and needs. The quality was outstanding I thought we received a very good value for the money spent. I felt the timeline that we had discussed was adhered to pretty closely. Tim is very personable and work hard to accommodate his clients.

Timothy was one of the best GC’s I’ve worked with. He was on time, professional and the quality of his work was amazing. We have odd shaped doorways and other GC’s have stayed the job couldn’t be done. Timothy came in and had it fixed within the day. Just an amazing experience all around. I can put together a remodel on a budget will good materials or give you the Taj Mahal. I have suppliers to fit any budget. You will be surprised at the bells and whistles I work in regardless of price tier.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come see the job and have a Q&A right there and go over all the options and design possibilities
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a license to be B-3 General contractor, And a third generation custom builder. My brother and I have built homes three stories, by ourselves. I’ve also built homes and remodels in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, California, and Arizona
