I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Team Junk Removal. When I initially booked my move, I provided a detailed inventory of the items to be moved, including photos, and received a quote of $160. I confirmed the move for 12 PM on the scheduled day via text message. However, at 12:40 PM, with no movers in sight, I had to reach out to the company. The response I received was shocking: “I’m so glad you texted me because I didn’t have your number. I’m really sorry I’m going to be late. I can either do it at 4 PM today or tomorrow.” This was already a significant inconvenience, but I reluctantly agreed to the 4 PM slot, rearranging my schedule. 4 PM came and went. After further communication, the mover claimed he needed to get help and requested more photos of my belongings. By 5 PM, I received another message: “I’m really sorry we can’t do your move because I misquoted you and my boss said this should cost $300 instead of $160. We can’t do it.” This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Team Junk Removal had ample opportunity to assess the scope of the move during the initial booking process, including the photos I provided. To change the price after confirming the move, and then ultimately cancel at the last minute, is incredibly unprofessional and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for my time and schedule. Beware of doing any business with Team Junk Removal, as they are clearly not professional and operate in bad faith. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere.

Horrible. I talked to him the day before to haul some junk. He was really responsive, so I chose him for the job. The day of the job, the guy showed up on time and called me. I said I was not onsite, but would pay him when work was completed via Zelle or Venmo. He said ok and would get started. I called him multiple times to check on the status of the job. He didn’t pick up once. I had contractors on site that said he left without doing any work. He finally texted me back saying that he had to leave and would do it later if I paid him half. I tried calling him multiples times after that text and he never picked up. What an absolute waste of time. NEVER USE HIM.
