- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AA in applied electrical science Completion of 4 year apprenticeship with 8000 hours of on job training. 18 years of experience from installing doorbells to overseeing 400 million dollar scopes of Registered and licensed journeyman wireman with the state of Arizona.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually started as a helper when I was 18. I worked for a large low voltage contractor IES working at a large semiconductor plant in Chandler AZ. I have since worked around the country and internationally overseeing complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing (MEP) and controls coordination, installation, integration and testing also know as Commissioning.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed one of my favorite type of projects, the client wanted her home lighting to adjust automatically to the outside environment lighting and her sleep schedule. We strategically placed smart led device in common areas and the primary sweet. I really enjoyed creating an environment that helped someone achieve better sleep and health. The project took 2 days.
