- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide transparent pricing. $120/hour will guarantee that you never overpay. You only pay for the time that we work on your projects. We guarantee to use top of the line tools to get your job done in the most efficient and timely manner. We accept all forms of payments including credit cards(additional fees apply).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off by getting an idea of the project at hand. I will ask questions to bring all the necessary and appropriate tools to the worksite. As soon as I arrive on the worksite I am fully prepared to help you on your projects. I will inspect the job at hand and give you a complete analysis of what time frame we’re looking at towards completing your job. We start as early as 5AM and will work as late as 10PM to complete your projects in the timeframe you expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been building and remodeling homes since I can remember. My grandpa was a builder and all 7 of my uncles where general contractors. You could say it’s in my blood but I’ve been building / remodeling for over 10 years now. I have experience in all aspects of construction from Foundation, Framing, Insulation, Electrical, Plumbing, Kitchens, Bathroom all the way to your Roof and Chimney Repairs.
