Jacob was without a doubt one of the best construction renovation people we have hired in a long time. Believe me when I say that. You know the saying "You get what you pay for?". Well he was worth it!. From the beginning to the end he was puntctual, professional, creative and really got our vision. That's a hard combination to find in that business. Needless to say, we highly recommend Jacob. Good luck with your project. But you really don't need luck. Say hi to Jacob for us. We really miss him since he moved to Arizona. Jacob's pricing is per project. Typical projects include bathroom or kitchen renovations. Material selection is provided in the estimate. Interior design and materials selection services are also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free in home estimate is offered to scope the project. Within 48 hours of the estimate a proposal is sent. Upon approval of the job, he requires a 50% deposit to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jacob is a dedicated craftsman who specializes in tiling, flooring, drywall, painting and installation of gourmet kitchens and spa like bathrooms. He can partner with any designer or architect or you can choose to use our in-house design services. He is a NYC certified contractor.
