Introduction
My name is Charlie Lyon and I am a PGA Teaching Professional in Scottsdale, Arizona. I am passionate about the game of Golf and I love teaching all levels of players. My philosophy is to have fun with the game and keep the process simple to understand. I have 35 years of teaching experience and I understand how to translate that to the student. Together we can have some fun in learning how to play better golf!

Charlie, my coach, is fantastic!!! I’m 60 years old, and have never held a golf club, hit a golf ball, in my life. Golf, I always felt, could be very intimidating. Charlie always made me feel comfortable. He started with making sure I knew the basics; golf etiquette, grip, posture, and etc., making sure I knew and practiced each before moving on. After 1 year of lessons, and 2 years playing golf, I feel I do quite well. And in those not so good moments, thanks to Charlie, I know the basics to go back to, to correct myself.
Charlie is the most knowledgeable golf coach, whether your newcomer, or been golfing for years. You will be overly satisfied with his professional services.

I wanted to throw my new irons away and quit golf! Charlie straightened me out in less than 10 minutes!! Unbelievable golf instructor, with a great sense of humor too.
