Prices vary based on the services you need. We usually are able to provide you with a few different options so you can choose a solution that best fits your needs and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, we schedule a convenient time to come to your home and complete a thorough inspection of your garage door issue at no charge. We will listen to you and answer your questions and concerns. This enables us to provide you with customized solutions that fit your needs. All estimates are provided to you in writing and agreed upon by you before we begin work. There are never any hidden fees or surprises!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Frank has worked in the home-based service industry for over 30 years and is passionate about helping others, customer service, professionalism, and ethics. He is inspired daily by his two young sons, one with special needs, and enjoys spending time with his family and being active in local autism charities with his wife, Charlie.
