FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is listen to what it is they’re looking for. Once I get an idea of what they want I do my best to come up with a specific process for them and why it is we need to do it that way. I like the customer to have full knowledge of what’s going on, for this is their home and they need to be completely comfortable with what’s being done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was brought into this line of work through my father and 2 uncles. My dad was an entrepreneur and has every tool you could think of in our barn and I would go out there and watch him do projects as a kid. My two uncles, one a brick layer and one a concrete guy, I worked with both of them as a young teen during summers. Ever since then I always wanted my own company and it to be in the trades of construction. Since then I’ve gained 18 years of experience in pretty much every trade there is.
