- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate pricing. No complicated invoices with hidden fees. I shoot it straight and provide a report of my findings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a service call out to the clients home. Diagnose the issue and come up with a comprehensive and economical solution. I take detailed pictures or encourage clients to tag along and see for themselves. Repairs usually performed on first visit.
