- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for Business Consulting and Coaching varies based on the size of the business, number of partners, length and frequency of meetings, and if we need to meet at your location or if you can travel to our offices. Our fees range from $2,500 to $5,000 per month for our exhaustive strategic review consulting, but we also offer other blueprints for success as well as marketing services that can be less depending on the variables stated above. Most small business are on the lower end of this range and we also offer a Performance Fee Plan where the business owner pays a reduced monthly Fee with a Performance Fee paid to us based on our results. We love making your success a priority and will work to make both parties happy by proudly providing reasonable pricing and quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our preference is a short, 30 minute Strategic Phone Conference to learn more about the client's business challenges and opportunities. If both parties determine a further evaluation of services and benefits is profitable, we set up a Complimentary 90 Minute Strategic Review with the business owner. Our goal is to provide some key strategies and insights during this meeting, and then provide the business owner and Full Proposal which outlines our Scope of Work and Fees. You leave knowing more about your company and methods for its financial success.

John Waters has 36 years' worth of successful experience in growing 9 different businesses to millions of dollars in net value. He also has worked for 15 years as a Business Consultant and a Certified Business Coach through Focal Point Coaching powered by Brian Tracy and is a Graduate of Arizona State University.
