Our turf comes with a 15-year warranty. Not 8 or 10 as some of my other competition. I offer 100% American made products and overseas products as well. Because I believe customer satisfaction is number #1, that's why I practice what I preach and personally manage each of my customer's projects.

I chose Arizona Turf Professionals after months of research, due diligence, and quotes from five different turf companies. Not only was the price the best, but the overall sales experience was better. Francisco was incredible through the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions and was thorough in making sure I was happy with my choice. We had a workmanship issue with two of the guys on the job, but Francisco immediately took care of the issue by sending out someone to fix it. Jesus was that someone and he was a gem! Extremely careful and meticulous and made sure all the finishing touches were beautiful. Francisco and Jesus should be recognized for their stellar work on this job. The owner also jumped to action and took care of the issue that occurred and extended a customer service gesture. I am so happy with the end result! Things happen, but it’s how they are handled that really shows the heart of a company. Arizona Turf Professionals really impressed me and I highly recommend them for any job!

I had an amazing experience working Arizona Turf Professionals. Paul was the project manager and came out to give us a quote and right off the bat we felt confident that we found a good fit. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing as well. Quality of the work was top notch are we are very pleased with how it all turned out (Turf/Pavers/Gravel)They are a family owned business and would highly recommend!

I was thrilled with the job from beginning to end. They built an outdoor bench, and laid artificial turf and gravel. Everything was done neatly and professionally. I recommend them highly and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again.

First off,I wish that I could click on the other 2...Value was outstanding and Punctuality on time every time....email,phone calls, making scheduled appt times.
I definetely did my due diligence when looking for a company to do my Artificial turf .....There were a couple of others that also had 5 stars and the reviews they had received were pretty good but not like AZ TURF PROS.
I actually talked to one company because they ad left a lot to question, " to good to be true " Of course after speaking with them for awhile I cut them loose......to many unknowns in the ad led to additional dollars.
I did have someone come to my home because AZ Turf was only able to come a couple of days later...........Well, I really wish I could mention their name because after the man measured our Front yard he came in and explained their process and filled out an estimate..........WOW.......It was about 80% higher than I paid....I mentioned to him that their ad stated an additional $ 1000.00 off for over 500 sq.ft.......I being a somewhat good consumer didn't mention it in the beginning...when I did bring it up...he acted like he was unaware of it. Even with the additional $ 1000.00 off , they still were so expensive. Mind you I wasn't looking for cheap ( you get what you pay for ) but quality turf and excellent installation, which I did receive from AZ TURF PROS.
I don't generally write such long reviews but in this case it was necessary , even though some are a 5 star and their reviews are fairly good.....once you talk to them or get " real " pricing it's a no.
My experience with AZ TURF was top notch , not a 5 star but a 10 star from the beginning that I requested info.....immediate response asking what I was interested in, I responded and they again responded quickly with an appt. set.
Their man Francisco came on time and was very professional .We talked some and then he measured the Front yard.Once finished he explained the process in total....impressive....once we understood and made a couple of choices he created the estimate ......WOW....knocked me off my chair in a good way.....We were getting a whole lot more in the installation process than others we spoke to prior. We really liked working with Francisco .
Next step was to call Sarah part-owner and make arrangements for our deposit.....Sarah then in detail explained how the process went from there . She was a jewel and so friendly.
About 2wks later once they had all the materials and a slot available the crew of 4 arrived. Josh who essentially ran the crew was very sharp and as the morning went he would tell me what and why they were doing certain things....His crew were also very cordial and they worked so efficiently together, they didn't skip a beat.
