I offer fair pricing and focus on delivering high quality and well explained and supported appraisal reports. I am always happy to help answer questions before, during and after the service is completed.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During COVID I had the opportunity to stop and think through my career path. At that time, I already had few investment properties and wanted to expand on my knowledge to be a more effective investor and real estate professional. My first education was in Building and Architecture and I always loved real estate, so becoming an appraiser allowed me to apply both my creative and business skills to establish a business that I love, while giving me the opportunity to support my teenage kids as a single mom.
