- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A base appraisal price is listed as an estimate, however that price is adjusted for the type of report, for the type of property, it’s location, and how quickly the report needs to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, about 40-50 hours every two years of continuing education.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are hiring a Certified Residential Appraiser, not just a Licensed Appraiser. Certified requires more experience and education. My State of Arizona Certification # is 21472.
