- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $69. This just covers our time and fuel costs should a customer decide to not continue with repairs. If we do move forward with repairs we discount the $69 from the total cost of repairs. We do not work on an hourly price. Every appliance has its own unique set up and needs and we adjust our prices accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to you for more information so we can get a clear idea of what is going on. We usually prefer to do a service call so we can be accurate in our diagnosis, but we work with the client on what they can do. After we agree on pricing and scheduling, we will ask for general information and get you on our service calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10+ years of experience in the field. We do work for many property management and home warranty companies throughout the Valley.
