- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to charge a flat fee that includes high resolution digital copies of all edited photos and all of the time it takes to make those edits. You pay what you were quoted and we will give that quote to you in writing so you know exactly what you will get from us and exactly what it Will cost no surprises. We are not big fans of upcharging or trying to nitpick and pinch pennies. Our goal is that you know exactly what is due up front and that we stick to that price. We will tell you what all of the charges are long before we pushed the shutter button for the 1st time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find the devil is in the details. We like to have conversations first and foremost with all of our new clients to make sure we understand exactly what you want and exactly what you need. Having these conversations also give you time to get to know us as well. It’s no use if you don’t Trust and get along with your photographer. Always remember your questions matter to us is us we want you to understand stand and be fully informed so that you can choose a photographer That works for you and your family.. We want to understand your vision and we want to make that vision come to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am almost completely self taught although over the years I have gone to many seminars and workshops to learn more advanced techniques both both With the camera and with editing.
