I recently re started my gym journey and had found lance to guide me along this process. I’m so thankful I did too! Hes very knowledgeable both in and out of the gym and never leaves me with any questions on my workouts. The fact he’s easy to work with keeps me motivated for the future workouts. He’s very nice and is almost always in a good mood, able to joke around and laugh but keep you focused on your workouts and goals
