We are a service focused management company! We have a standard one time start up fee, monthly management fees for full service management, new lease fee, and a lease renewal fee. We will also customize fees around maintenance coordination, inspection services, and other services if necessary depending on the needs of our clients. Please call to discuss! We pride ourselves on working with our clients to be sure they receive the services they need and want at value pricing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to interview potential clients so that we can assess their property, their expectations of a management company, the amount of expense for services they are expecting to spend, and to see if the owner/management relationship is a positive one.
