- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple, we charge as little as a $500.00 leasing fee for professional marketing and full lease up. We charge a percentage of the rent for the management fee, ranges from 8-10% depending on the property etc. That's it we like to keep it simple and clear with no confusing "hidden" fees. No upfront loaded fee's, no nickel and dime for everything we do and absolutely no markups on repairs. Full access to all the details in your owner Portal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on you, what are your needs. Determining your needs helps all of us determine the best approach. We are proud of our extremely high retention rate and want to keep it that way. Upfront evaluation of the property, challenges you may have faced in the past etc will help develop a path for success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was licensed in the state of Iowa in 1986, that gave me a taste and desire of real estate. We moved to Arizona in 1998 for real estate in which I immediately took the 90-hour classes to get my real estate license. A few years later I took the 90-hour broker class's to open my own brokerage. I continue with 15-20 hours per year of education and numerous designations earned over the years. I have been Chairperson of the Regional MLS, a National Association of Realtors Board member and numerous local and State board member titles.
