I feel like the Universe brought me a unexpected & powerful gift in getting to work with Nicole. Don’t let her young appearance fool you - she is an old wise soul with rare depth of understanding & vision, and valuable life experience. She GETS IT. I’ve been working with her regularly the past 5-6 weeks to clear & organize our family home from 16 years of clutter from raising a family & having our daughters leave the nest; & most recently, the aftermath of a massive flood throughout the year of Covid, and then not being able to catch up with all the ensuing chaos due to undiagnosed chronic complicated Lyme. She is unbelievably perceptive, and brings a kind, patient, calming presence as this type of project is always emotionally sticky, lol! Plus, she’s a freaking hard worker - she works like a machine…yet she never, not once, got impatient or judgmental about my own limits or lack of vision & motivation. We charge based on a booked session, which is usually 4-8 hours at a time, per the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would set up a free consultation walkthrough, start with your highest pain point and work down the list. In order to complete projects, its recommended we book a session per week until the areas of work are complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as a housekeeper and personal organizer for 15 years. My education is starting my own business at an early age and sticking with this kind of work for my entire career.
