FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a high quality service, I try to keep my prices reasonable in a world of price gouging. I will provide discounts on bulk or bigger projects. You will always get more than you pay for with my services. Any fees are pulled into the overall budget if it part of the normal project scope of work. The fees are mainly there to help with my basic expenses of Fuel and lost availability to other customers. I appreciate any guaditute you feel you'd like to express. It is never a requirement of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to see the job requirements in person to provide and get a better understanding of the full scope of work necessary to provide the best outcome/results possible. Pictures are always welcome as well if an in person review is not achievable. Once I've seen and understand the work scope and tasks, I like to confirm with the customer verbally and in writing to formally as well as ensure everyone is on the same page to prevent miscommunication and a surprise result that disappoints the customer. Lastly I prefer frequent updates to the customer to keep them in the loop of progress or a challenging situation arises. I know I hate surprises as do moth Customers I've worked with in corporate America or privately.
