Front wall needed stucco repair. We decided instead of repairing the wall we would remove the upper half and install metal fence. End product looks great!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Rob from Tech Savvy Handyman. Rob installed a large overhead storage system in my garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Rob was incredibly laid back, yet very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure to explain what he was doing, and I appreciated the time he took to chat with me. It gave me the opportunity to learn more about his background and get a sense of his personality, which made the experience even better. His work was precise, and he clearly knows what he’s doing. The storage unit is sturdy and well-installed, and I feel confident that it will last for years to come. Rob’s professionalism combined with his personable approach makes him stand out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tech Savvy Handyman to anyone in need of home improvements or installations. Thank you, Rob, for your great work and excellent service!

Rob is the ultimate handyman: he seems to know how to do almost everything, is mature and pleasant to work with. By replacing the mechanisms in my windows (instead of buying new windows) he saved me thousands of dollars. Plus he cleaned the windows before reassembling them, tidied up after himself and did a couple of little things for me before he left! Now I’m looking at having him paint my garage floor and then who knows!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide a high quality service, I try to keep my prices reasonable in a world of price gouging. I will provide discounts on bulk or bigger projects. You will always get more than you pay for with my services. Any fees are pulled into the overall budget if it part of the normal project scope of work. The fees are mainly there to help with my basic expenses of Fuel and lost availability to other customers. I appreciate any guaditute you feel you'd like to express. It is never a requirement of course.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to see the job requirements in person to provide and get a better understanding of the full scope of work necessary to provide the best outcome/results possible. Pictures are always welcome as well if an in person review is not achievable. Once I've seen and understand the work scope and tasks, I like to confirm with the customer verbally and in writing to formally as well as ensure everyone is on the same page to prevent miscommunication and a surprise result that disappoints the customer. Lastly I prefer frequent updates to the customer to keep them in the loop of progress or a challenging situation arises. I know I hate surprises as do moth Customers I've worked with in corporate America or privately.
