- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different and every job should be professionally diagnosed and analyzed to make sure nothing is unaccounted for. Pricing will vary in a wide range depending on the circumstances and what will be required to make sure everything is done the right way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to assess what's going on before giving any final pricing. The first step just making sure everything is thoroughly assessed in person. After that, options will be presented in a way that makes sense to everyone involved. If we're hired for a job, we'll make it the most seamless process of completing and satisfying a customer's needs for the benefit of their homes heating and cooling system and their families comfort and reassurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15 years of residential and commercial experience working in all types of situations from single-family homes to multi-family new construction projects.
