They (Jeff) responded to a request by asking me for my address and phone (already shady). When I told them I’m more accessible by text than by home….he accused me of being a scammer? At best, they are rude with poor customer skills, at worst….they are the scammers. I would stear clear

We were not able qualify this customer as a legitimate customer. He would not respond to our phone calls and would not provide the information we needed to move forward with the project. We decided it was fraud and requested a refund from Thumbtack for the lead.
