- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initiate each project with a consultation via email, text, or phone call to understand the client's preliminary needs. At this stage, we often request photographs of the designated work area to help us prepare for an in-depth evaluation. Following this, we schedule an on-site walk-through with the client to gather detailed project requirements and discuss any specific considerations. Based on this comprehensive assessment, we provide a clear and transparent quote or estimate for the proposed work. Once the quote is approved, we coordinate with the client to schedule the installation at a mutually convenient time, ensuring that all project milestones are met with precision and professionalism.

Our team consists of highly trained, certified technicians committed to excellence in every project. We are a Licensed ROC Contractor (CR67, ROC-347380) and hold certifications in leading systems including Control4, Savant, URC, RTI, and Network Administration, among others.
