Yoga teaching and training style based solely on needs of the client. I teach calorie-burning intense Power Yoga for weight loss. I also teach gentle, relaxing Hatha Yoga to individuals and small groups.
I also provide mobility and flexibility training for restoration and endurance. Each experience is based solely on client needs and expectations.
