Dylan was amazing. He came out last night and did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He gave me several options and pricing. The pricing was extremely fair. He returned the following morning with the water heater and had it installed in less than a 1.5hrs. Excellent service . Would recommend him to anyone looking for a water heater replacement or repair.

Communication was great, pricing competitive against 3 other quotes (including big box stores), offering options on several brands, was able to replace my leaking 11 year old water heater same day, providing/collecting the new commercial grade one from supplier and taking old one away.
