My water heater was not working properly and after talking about the issue we narrowed down the problem. It was something that may not be able to be fixed and was told to be prepared that it may need replaced. After he looked at the manufacture date he noticed I was still in that 6 year warranty, so he came out and did the exchange. Response time after initial message was prompt. He was informative and knowledgeable.
