Dylan was amazing. He came out last night and did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He gave me several options and pricing. The pricing was extremely fair. He returned the following morning with the water heater and had it installed in less than a 1.5hrs. Excellent service . Would recommend him to anyone looking for a water heater replacement or repair.

It was a pleasure working with Dylan! Our water heater went out and we panicked (especially because we discovered it as we were filling the bathtub for the two-year-old's bath - the high point of every evening as far as he is concerned). Dylan put our minds at ease and assured us he'd be out the next day. Not only did he keep us updated throughout the day on what time he'd be at the house, but he was on time and very friendly. We felt very comfortable interacting with him and even hanging out in the garage with him. A great company, no wonder he has so many 5-star reviews - I'd give him 10 if I could.

Owner Dillon was great to work with on a tank water heater replacement. Communication was great, pricing competitive against 3 other quotes (including big box stores), offering options on several brands, was able to replace my leaking 11 year old water heater same day, providing/collecting the new commercial grade one from supplier and taking old one away. Highly recommend.
