- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and get to know the customer, the property, and the goals. From there we make suggestions in the customer’s best interest and get the job done right in a timely manner. We also let them know about our membership program where they get routine maintenance and discounts on service going forward. The goal is to make that new customer into a long-term partner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All team members have extensive experience in the industry, both residential and commercial.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
DeGeorge has been passed down through two sets of father/son pairs…4 generations. I recently took over from the prior owner when he decided to retire.
