While helpful and friendly, they promised a lot and delivered little. I ended up paying over $2k for new irrigation lines and a new irrigation system that only installed one line/station for roses and cactus. The new irrigation system is already having glitches 6 months later and is falling off the wall (wasn't properly secured to begin with). Later on found lines that had no emitter so the water was just flooding dirt areas with no plants. Update: Chris called me and offered to fix the issues. Was understanding and worked to resolve the issues with me. Very professional and kind.
