Diamond Seal roofing systems and Ed Gilson, the owner, did a great job on my roof. It was particularly difficult because of the type of roof that required a silicone product. His quote beat the competition and the quality of the work excellent. He doesn’t cut corners like I’ve experienced in the past. This is a small, locally owned business. I strongly recommend Diamond Seal.

Ed has now completed two roofs for me and has done an outstanding job on both. These are difficult flat roofs that were not properly maintained in the past and Ed was upfront and transparent about the scope and nature of the work from the start. Ed is a true professional and prides himself on the quality of his work. There were many opportunities on these projects where he could have taken short cuts and compromised the quality of his work just to move on to the next job (as has been my experience with other contractors) but he chose to to keep me informed and do the job the right way. In addition to installing top quality roofs for me, Ed got both of my roofs done for an excellent price within my budget. I doubt you could find another roofing professional in the Valley that can provide an overall value similar Ed. Thanks again for your hard work Ed, I look forward to working with you on the next project.

Ed Gilson does a good job and is does it right. Our job took longer than expected due to conflicts w/ other projects plus he was ill from the heat a few days. But all in all, I'm very pleased with his work!

Pricing is by the sq ft, but all roofs are different due to age of roof and prior installation, so your has to be inspected to provide proper estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will inspect your roof and provide estimate free of charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business from ASU and from being been certified by Roof material manufacturers in the past, but best experience is from installing roofing systems since 1985.
