FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies per roofing project. Some of the factors of pricing include surface area, materials, and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers want to know that the contractor they are choosing is a responsible contractor. I explain all of the different organizations we are actively involved in (ARCA, TRI, the ROC, as well as various safety training organizations) and how the owner of our company has been roofing in AZ for more than 30 years, and we have an A+ rating with the BBB and a flawless ROC record. Most of our crews have been working for us for 5, 10, or even more years. Our crews are trained in proper roofing techniques, and we repsect and treat them well, so they stay with our company year after year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing Education is HUGE in our company. Our crews are required to complete OSHA 10 hour training, fall protection, as well as weekly safety meetings. We also are Tile Roofing Institute Certified, and Duro-Last Certified. As active members of ARCA, our staff also frequently takes specialized classes in roofing. For example, just last week, Jim McLain took a roof restoration class, and Robyn Charland took a class in the latest updates in Workmans Compensation laws. We are also actively involved in the Better Business Bureau and a handful of property management organizations.
