- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive however my extensive knowledge and quality of work are factored in as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer starting off with a phone call versus online but call me old fashioned. I then like to meet the owner and discuss the details in person.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Roofing is a family trade, going back several generations. My grandfather, Darrell Collins, was the Superintendent for Hays Roofing when they started in 1949. My Dad has been roofing since he was 15 and became number one in the state (AZ) due to his extensive knowledge and skill. He finally retired in 2019 at the age of 64, leaving the legacy to me and my boys.
