Q has helped me with a few plumbing issues at my house. He snaked out a clog in the main drain. He did a good job of explaining how the plumbing works and what possibly caused the plumbing issue in the main drain and gave me options on what can be done to prevent the clog in the future.

Greet them, Give them my name and ask for information on what plumbing work is needed. How long the issues has been going on, If anyone else has been out to inspect, give them my opinion of what I believe the issue is from their description.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Trade school back in 1999. Also was a Journeyman, and I have over 25 years experience in the plumbing field.. Anything to do with Water I can fix.
