No nickeling and diming and no hidden fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we hop on a quick video call to learn about your property and your goals and needs—kind of like getting to know each other. Once you decide you'll work with me, then I will send over a contract agreement. Then, we prepare a custom plan adjusted to you and take care of all the heavy lifting: staging, furnishing, photography, and getting your listing ready to go. Once your place is live, we keep an eye on everything: performance, guest feedback, and ways looking of ways to make it even better. Basically, we’ve got you covered from start to finish
