- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Atlas, our goal is to create management agreements that are mutually beneficial, fostering success for both our clients and our team. We look at each property individually and create customized pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we begin with a call to gain details of the property, client goals and discuss our services. Then we like to walk the property when possible and complete an analysis of comparable properties in the area. A quote is then created and presented to the client. Once we reach an agreement, onboarding of the property will begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have over 20 years in the property management field. I've held various roles from on-site sales, regional management, training, marketing and growth for multifamily and single family portfolios. Atlas is an Owner/Operator. We own and manage our own properties and look at each property manage for you through an owners perspective.
