- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most cases are $85 an hour, per investigator if in the Phoenix Valley. We have a 4 hour minimum on surveillance cases. Background Checks start at $249.99 per individual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s all about asking questions that matter and setting clear expectations about the case. Communication is the key. All clients will have direct access to the Investigator assigned to their case at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my law enforcement career in 1992 after leaving active duty in the Air Force all while at the same time I was working in a management role in the automotive industry. I am a workaholic. I love what I do. I transitioned into the private sector in 2003 and have not looked back.
