All of my plans are broken out into 6 week, 8 week, and 12 week options. All plans can be renewed. If you're interested, please reach out and I'll contact you with a link to book a FREE consultation. All workout and meal plans are customized to meet your specific goals. We'll meet virtually to discuss those goals, your schedule, what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and what type of approaches we can take to get you to your goals. Your plan isn't built until after we meet. My goal is to give you the tools and teach you the habits needed to build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. A 6, 8, or 12 week plan is a great way to get started, get back on track, or focus on improving your exercise and nutrition skills. All of my pricing is listed below: Customized Online Workout Plans 6 week plan: $95 8 week plan: $110 12 week plan: $125 Customized Online Workout Plan + Nutrition Coaching 6 week plan: $125 8 week plan: $150 12 week plan: $175 *requires MyFitnessPal Customized Online Workout + Meal Plans 6 week plan: $225 8 week plan: $300 12 week plan: $375 WORKOUT PLANS Workout plans can be built for working out at home or in a gym. I work with all levels from anyone beginning their fitness journey, wanting to build strength, lose weight, or gain more confidence with exercise to experienced exercisers looking to build muscle and improve their workouts. Once your plan is built you'll get access to my coaching app where your weekly workouts will be laid out for you. Each workout will have a video demonstration and detailed step-by-step instructions. Through the app, you'll be able to track your completed workouts, track your progress, get reminders, coordinate check ins, and message me with any questions as they come up. Specializations: - Weight loss - Toning or building muscle - Improving general health MEAL PLANS You'll receive access to hundreds of recipes to choose from to fit your specific daily calorie and macronutrient needs. All meal plans come with a weekly grocery list and instructions for each meal. Meal Plans: - I calculate your calorie and macronutrient (protein, carb, and fat) needs and set your daily calorie and macronutrient goals. - You'll receive access to my coaching and meal planning app to make meal planning as easy as possible. - Access to 150+ recipes to choose from - Recipes built to incorporate nutritional, whole foods into your diet while keeping you on track. - International diets welcome! **I am not a licensed or registered Dietitian. I absolutely loved Sierra as my personal trainer. She was very attentive to my needs and customized my workouts and meal plans to my ability, and schedule. I appreciate her patience and willingness to accommodate different cuisine (indian food is a tough one!). She made sure to include indian meals that are healthy AND full-filling. Workouts were easy to follow and covered a wide range of muscles, with varying difficulty. The app is a life-saver. I even lost weight that I was unable to for a LONG time. Thank you Sierra!

Sierra, is a wonderful trainer. She is kind, understanding and supportive but makes you accountable. She was always responsive and willing to pivot due to changes in my schedule. Have been doing the online personal training with Sierra for about 12 weeks now and have found it to be very useful for me! She is very responsive and makes adjustments all the time when I travel or need to alter the exercises in anyway. It helps keep me accountable while also letting me train on my own schedule. It's been an absolute pleasure working with her and I plan to continue doing so!

I’ve been so happy with the personal training provided by Sierra. She has continued to take the time to personalize my plan, to not only my goals, but to my limitations. She does a wonderful job in being supportive but also firm in ensuring I don’t stray from the program. I’ve felt motivated with her as my trainer, and have already noticed differences in my strength. Her personalized workouts are easy to follow, with guided, detailed videos. Her app is straight forward and easy to navigate. But truly the main difference from past workouts, is I’ve been able to stick with a plan because of her support and praise. Being able to workout at home, has been a game changer. Sierra personalized my plan based on equipment I already had; she took the time to listen and has continued to check in regularly with me. She holds you accountable but is supportive and positive in her check ins. I have already recommended her to several family and friends. Her plans are quality, personalized and professional, and I’m thrilled with the level of attention and care she has put into my fitness journey week after week.
