I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I offer customized online personal training and meal plans. All of my plans are broken out into 6 week, 8 week, and 12 week options. All plans can be renewed.
All workout and meal plans are customized to meet your specific goals. We'll meet virtually to discuss those goals, your schedule, what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and what type of approaches we can take to get you to your goals. Your plan isn't built until after we meet.
My goal is to give you the tools and teach you the habits needed to build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. A 6, 8, or 12 week plan is a great way to get started, get back on track, or focus on improving your exercise and nutrition skills. All of my pricing is listed below:

WORKOUT PLANS
Workout plans can be built for working out at home or in a gym. I work with all levels from anyone beginning their fitness journey, wanting to build strength, lose weight, or gain more confidence with exercise to experienced exercisers looking to build muscle and improve their workouts.
Once your plan is built you'll get access to my coaching app where your weekly workouts will be laid out for you. Each workout will have a video demonstration and detailed step-by-step instructions. Through the app, you'll be able to track your completed workouts, track your progress, get reminders, coordinate check ins, and message me with any questions as they come up.

MEAL PLANS
When we virtually meet, we'll discuss your current diet and my recommendations for a meal plan. Your meal plan will be built based on your dietary preferences and fitness goals. All meal plans come with a weekly grocery list and instructions for each meal.

- Built to meet your calorie needs. Ex. A calorie deficit (weight loss) or a calorie surplus (muscle gain)
- Built with foods you like
- Built to incorporate more nutritional, whole foods
- Built with your schedule in mind
**I am not a licensed or registered Dietitian. I hold a Nutrition Coach Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and cannot provide any type of medical nutrition plans.**
