Hi There! I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I offer customized online personal training and meal plans. All of my plans are broken out into 6 week, 8 week, and 12 week options. All plans can be renewed. If you're interested, please reach out and I'll contact you with a link to book a FREE consultation. All workout and meal plans are customized to meet your specific goals. We'll meet virtually to discuss those goals, your schedule, what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and what type of approaches we can take to get you to your goals. Your plan isn't built until after we meet. My goal is to give you the tools and teach you the habits needed to build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. A 6, 8, or 12 week plan is a great way to get started, get back on track, or focus on improving your exercise and nutrition skills. All of my pricing is listed below: Customized Online Workout Plans 6 week plan: $95 8 week plan: $110 12 week plan: $125 Customized Online Workout Plan + Nutrition Coaching 6 week plan: $125 8 week plan: $150 12 week plan: $175 Customized Online Workout + Customized Meal Plans 6 week plan: $225 8 week plan: $300 12 week plan: $375 WORKOUT PLANS Workout plans can be built for working out at home or in a gym. I work with all levels from anyone beginning their fitness journey, wanting to build strength, lose weight, or gain more confidence with exercise to experienced exercisers looking to build muscle and improve their workouts. Once your plan is built you'll get access to my coaching app where your weekly workouts will be laid out for you. Each workout will have a video demonstration and detailed step-by-step instructions. Through the app, you'll be able to track your completed workouts, track your progress, get reminders, coordinate check ins, and message me with any questions as they come up. Specializations: - Weight loss - Toning or building muscle - Improving general health MEAL PLANS When we virtually meet, we'll discuss your current diet and my recommendations for a meal plan. Your meal plan will be built based on your dietary preferences and fitness goals. All meal plans come with a weekly grocery list and instructions for each meal. Meal Plans: - Built to meet your calorie needs. Ex. A calorie deficit (weight loss) or a calorie surplus (muscle gain) - Built with foods you like - Built to incorporate more nutritional, whole foods - Built with your schedule in mind - International diets welcome! **I am not a licensed or registered Dietitian. I absolutely loved Sierra as my personal trainer. She was very attentive to my needs and customized my workouts and meal plans to my ability, and schedule. I appreciate her patience and willingness to accommodate different cuisine (indian food is a tough one!). She made sure to include indian meals that are healthy AND full-filling. Workouts were easy to follow and covered a wide range of muscles, with varying difficulty. The app is a life-saver. I even lost weight that I was unable to for a LONG time. Thank you Sierra!

“Encouragement” and “Accountability” are two attributes Sierra brings to the table. I’m in my 60’s and my body doesn’t respond the way it used to. Much of my focus is on “preventative maintenance” and modest reshaping of my body. Without her gentle encouragement, suggestions, and follow up I could easily have become disillusioned. For me, accountability is the key. Sierra offers a Workout Tracker, Apps, as well as Meal Plan and Nutritional advise to keep me accountable. Without that accountability, I wouldn’t have the self-control or discipline to achieve the goals she and I agreed to. I’m blessed she took me on as a client. She’s more than a Personal Trainer to me.

I have absolutely loved working with Sierra Smith to achieve and maintain my health goals. She is more than helpful ~ very friendly, capable and compassionate, and she listens closely to my issues. Sierra extended herself in a variety of ways to accommodate my needs, including food preferences and allergies. She helped me organize my thoughts to focus on my weight loss and strength training goals. I utilized her meal plan services and coaching to get started, and continue to rely on her for intermittent coaching and meal plan advice. I highly recommend Sierra for her fitness and personal training services, truly a great value with professionalism and ethics.

It’s been an incredible experience working with Sierra! She is so friendly, responsive, and helps work around your unique challenges to make it fun to work out! Due to my work-life balance I have to be flexible with where I workout and what equipment I use. Sierra has been so understanding and helped carve out a challenging work out regimen with basic equipment that has helped me feel more fit. Not only that, she encourages you when life gets in the way to find strategies to get that work out in and helps you stay accountable for your own health. I would highly recommend Sierra to anyone interested in starting their health journey!
