Introduction
My name is Matthew Johnson. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. I have been working with a variety of trainees for several years ranging from young men and women wanting to put on muscle, to weight loss clients, to older people with titanium shoulders, hips, and ankles, and even collegiate athletes. Wherever a client falls on that spectrum, I will always strive to make sure that they become the example they want to be for their family and friends.

I've worked with Matt for over a year and that was the time when I first picked up weight training. He initially spent the time to get to know my goals and amount of time I would spend working out and designed a program accordingly. Matt worked diligently on my form and technique to deliver the best results.

Matt was my trainer for several months and by far provided the best, most effective and most fun training sessions I’ve had. His vast knowledge on physical training coupled with his upbeat motivational attitude made me look forward to our session with confidence. I felt confident if I had any questions or concerns of an injury that Matt would know how to adapt and maximize our time while addressing whatever we discussed. Thanks to Matt I was not only able to meet my goals but exceeded some of them to my surprise. I couldn’t recommend Matt enough to any new or experienced person wanting to take their workouts to the next level.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with Matt‘s training sessions. I have utmost confidence that the guidance and information (for both eating and fitness) provided by Matt is accurate given his degree/education. I always feel comfortable asking questions and his answers are tailored to my knowledge level. I’ve seen significant improvement in my strength, endurance, fat loss and overall fitness since starting with him. I’ve recommended him to three of my friends, and they are all very pleased with him as well. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Matt was the second time I hired a trainer. First time was about 5 years ago. Matt was very personable. We worked well together, he explained how to use each machine and why.
