FAQs

right now I charge $60 per hour session. No contracts, pay by session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask a lot of questions to get to know you. For example, do you have any injuries? what are your goals? at the first session I will do an overhead squat assessment to determine if you have any muscle imbalances. If I find that you do I will correct them before moving onto a workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) I got certified in 2012. I have 4 certifications from NASM such as performance enhancement specialist (PES), corrective exercise specialist (CES), fitness nutrition specialist (FNS), and certified personal trainer (CPT). I also have a certification in TRX Suspension Training.
