- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will always be a monthly fee at different tiers based on how much communication you want from me, and personalization to your program! Whatever the fee is for my monthly training, I want to make sure you feel like you receive double the value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have your contact number I will text you a link! Once you open it you will be taken to your dashboard, and an intake form will be waiting for you to fill out so I can get to know you better. From there you can schedule a Discovery call with me so we can talk face to face over Google Meet. This is where we can really dive into who you are, where you've been, where you want to go, and how I can create a custom program and experience to help you get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Science in Strength and Conditioning from ASU, I held a CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) from the NSCA, and I'm a CFSC (certified functional strength coach). I have held an FMS (functional movement screen) certification as well.
