I apologize, but you were unsure of the scheduled appointment because there was physical activity involved in the assessments of which you said you could not do due to needing to be at work by 11am. our scheduled time was at 10 am, and the assessments take 1 hour to complete. you messaged me 20 minutes before our scheduled time that you could still make it not giving me enough notice in a mannerly time. other than that, I'm always on time for my clients, so I apologize for the inconvenience.

Stephanie was very knowledgeable and created a leg/lower back routine for me that I can do at home. She updated my routine on the spot if any workout was too easy or too hard. My legs and lower back continue to get stronger daily. I highly recommend Get Fit Fit.
