This was a great choice in choosing Abdullaah as my personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable in the fitness world. He is always available for questions or concerns. The meals created are great and enjoyable, will also work with you if you don't like a meal. After workouts I feel we accomplished a lot leaving satisfied. If you're looking for a personal trainer that knows what he's doing and want results I would look no further.

I’ve worked with a good amount of trainers throughout the years and I have to say that Abdullaah is exactly what you want in a trainer. He is flexible and works around my crazy schedule. He’s very supportive and knowledgeable. We all need someone like that giving us the extra push and motivation.

Honestly working with flexletic was amazing . The work quality is very good. I’ve been with other trainers, but Abdullah is by far the best I have came across. If you really trust in his process you will see gains in not time!!
