FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of each session is dependent upon how often you train and the length of the session. I offer a wide variety of options - and billing options - to make my training as accessible as possible, and all with no long-term commitment. When we meet for the free complimentary session and consultation, I'll show everything that is available to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To help you make the best, most-informed decision possible, I offer a completely free, no-obligation training session and consultation. This provides you the opportunity to see what I'm like, what my training is like and what my training facility is like before committing to anything long term. When you reach out to me, I'll ask a couple of questions to make sure I'm the best fit for you, and we'll schedule the free session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I'm also CPR & AED certified.
