- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is project based… depending on what you are needing we do charge a trip charge per project which is subject to travel distance. All confirmed bookings require a deposit subject to our terms and conditions. We are happy to chat on the phone or via email to discuss projects further. We consider all budgets and projects, then plan and execute accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate and go over what is working for our clients along with any changes they are looking to implement . We create an individualize system based on space utilization and preferences which benefits our clientele. We may need to purchase additional storage organization items or implement a storage and organization set up. The entire scope of work will be communicated and confirmed via email service quote.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We believe listening and understanding your client’s articulation of needs is important…. Also being able to digest and demonstrate and execute their vision. Clear communication is key.
